1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During sale periods or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on eligible orders (if applicable).

  • Any shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible PIN codes.

  • StarDrip reserves the right to limit or disable COD for certain locations or orders.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details. You can use this information to track your shipment.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts as per their policy. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. StarDrip is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order Number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • An unboxing video (recommended)

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

9. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Courier service disruptions

  • High order volumes
