Return & Refund Policy

At StarDrip, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.

  • The item is in its original condition.

Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products marked as Final Sale or Clearance Sale

  • Gift Cards

  • Customized or Personalized Products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us with:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • An unboxing video (if available)

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email our support team with your order details.

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.

  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

  4. Ship the item or hand it over to our pickup partner (where available).

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned product:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after your bank details are verified.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong Size

  • Wrong Product

  • Damaged or Defective Product

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and are subject to stock availability.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped for a full refund.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery if the product is eligible under this policy.
